All contracts for the sale of products made by Mesma are deemed to incorporate the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. These terms and conditions shall prevail over any other document or communication between Mesma and any other party unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Acceptance of Orders

Orders can be placed via email, post or fax. Mesma reserves the right not to accept any Customer order.

Duties and Taxes

LDP Prices of products are exclusive of any relevant duties or taxes (sales tax or VAT) as well as Postage, Packing, clearance and Delivery.

Payment Terms

Mesma’s standard payment terms are as follows:

50% of product(s) price payable with order.
50% of product(s) price paid on delivery.

Payment for item(s) shall be deemed to have been received only when the full amount has been credited to the bank account of Mesma. Should any invoice become overdue, Mesma reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue invoice at 1% on the base rate in force calculated on a daily basis.

Delivery Time

Product delivery time is between 14 and 28 days.
Any delivery time for products stated by Mesma shall be treated as an estimate only.
Whilst Mesma shall endeavour to dispatch products on time, Mesma will not accept liability for failure to deliver products within the estimated days.
Mesma will not be liable for any loss (including consequential loss or loss of profit) arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of the product(s).

Return of Products

Mesma Products may only be returned within 14 days after customer receipt of goods. Goods must be returned in the same condition as received with labels attached.

Miscellaneous

The Law of England shall apply to the above terms and conditions.
